The handpan is vintage gold in colour and has a diameter of 55.88 cm. It is handmade of durable stainless steel and therefore almost water and moisture resistant. The Handpan is played by hand and produces a clear and soft sound with long sustain. Besides the basic tone D, the HPSTL100 also includes the tones A, B, C, D, E, F, G, A, C. The tones sound very harmonious and balanced, so that the Handpan can be used not only by professional musicians but also ideally for meditation or therapeutic applications. There are two resonance holes on the base of the Handpan , one of which is directed towards the player and one towards the listener.
