The Novoflex automatic reversing ring NIKZ-RETRO opens up the world of extreme close-up photography with excellent quality for owners of Nikon Z wide-angle lenses or zooms. The lens is mounted in a reversed position onto the camera body using the reversing ring. The ring transmits all control functions. For example, with a Canon RF zoom lens 28-105mm in the reversed position, a reproduction ratio of 1:7 to 2.8:1 is achieved at a focal length of 105mm to 28mm. This provides a greater range of adjustment than can be achieved with a macro lens. The NIKZ-RETRO reversing ring is factory-equipped with a 58mm filter thread. In combination with the universal bellows devices of the BALPRO and BAL-F series, it can be upgraded to an automatic Nikon Z bellows device. With the BALPRO T/S, it even offers tilt/shift functionality for close-up and macro photography. Appropriate connecting rings are required for this.
