The special glass is heated for several hours at 500 °C during production. This process makes it nine times more resistant than regular glass, allowing it to withstand extreme stress. Rounded edges not only enhance the appearance by providing a seamless transition to the smartwatch but also make it more comfortable to touch and increase the durability of the cover's edges.
