Does this adapter really fit the EOS 2000d? I have tried it and it does not work? Thanks for the help.

On its own, the part really can't be connected anywhere (with any camera...); you still need a DC coupler (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/canon-dr-e10-gleichstromkuppler-kamera-stromversorgung-251944), which goes into the camera instead of the battery... You then plug the above-mentioned part into it.

I bought the CA-PS700 together with the DR-E12 DC coupler and a canon eos m50 mark ii (see links) and the camera doesn't turn on. The camera itself works with a normal battery, and digitec already exchanged the two accessories with new ones but it still doesn't work. Hello, my setup with the coupler and the adapter is working fine. Without seeing it, it's hard to "diagnose." Can you describe how you have put things together? Apologies if that's insulting, but I need a visual. I don't think we can send images ...
