Yes, the Nikon SB-700 Speedlight is compatible with the Nikon D5600. The SB-700 is part of the Nikon Creative Lighting System (CLS) and works with all cameras that are compatible with the CLS, including the Nikon D5600, which supports both FX and DX formats.

I apologise but I cannot answer this question. I am not familiar with the Nikon Z30.
Of course. Preferably with a diffuser. Like Gary Fong's.
Yes, in principle. I use a Yongnuo radio trigger with my D750 and the D5. Costs about 40 Fr. But it's not available here. And the TTL does not work with the radio trigger. Alternatively, the flash can be operated in salve mode and then triggered with the camera's integrated flash. TTL should work like this.
The connectors are standard across a range of Nikon's DX (and FX cameras). I can confirm having tried that this one works on D-3100, D-8200, D-750 and I am 99% certain it works on D-7500.

Yes, because the D500 has no built-in flash. Otherwise the SB-700 could be triggered via the internal flash, i.e. the SB-700 waits until the D500 flashes and then flashes. As far as I know, this is triggered in such a way that the first "trigger" flash has hardly any influence on the photo. But a transmitter works more reliably in any case. The triggering with the internal flash described above does not always work for me.
Basically not, as long as the camera supports Nikon Advanced Wireless Lighting. In this case, the flash inside the camera works as a master and sends (invisible) control signals to the SB-700, which is in slave mode. Since control is via optical signals, a line of sight between camera and flash is required. For remote firing via radio (then also without line of sight), additional accessories are required.
Yes, I also have in this constellation.
Quote from the Nikon website about the D500 camera: "The D500 is fully compatible with Nikon's Creative Lighting System with i-TTL control and Nikon's new Advanced Wireless Lighting with radio control. So it can easily be used with flash units such as the professional SB-910, the compact SB-700 and the SB-5000 with radio control."
Ja, passt.
