However, you should be able to connect the watch via the Samsung Health app (you will also need the Galaxy Wearable / Galaxy Watch Manager app). I can't say whether any functions are restricted, but notifications, fitness tracking, Spotify, Google Pay etc. work for me anyway.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and the Watch 4 Classic are similar in design, but the Classic model is slightly bulkier and larger and also offers a rotating bezel, while the standard model is available in more colours and has a sportier design.
