The handpan is a combination of percussion and melody instrument and consists of two hammered stainless steel bowls. The Sela SE203 Handpan F# Romanian Hijaz has a diameter of 57 cm. The notes are arranged in a circle, with the main note F#3 placed centrally. The handpan features an attractive design with a gold-coloured finish.

It produces bright and long-lasting tones without disturbing metal sounds. The handpan has a soothing sound, making it ideal for spiritual activities such as yoga or meditation. Sounds are produced even with a light touch, allowing the smallest nuances to be audible when playing.
