A specially developed manufacturing technique allows the extremely hard titanium film to be molded into ultra-light domes, which, along with the heavily damped Supronyl surround, enable a linear and partial vibration-free frequency response. The significant magnetic induction in the air gap filled with ferrofluid allows for both high efficiency and high power handling capabilities.
