Question about HP Z2 Tower G9
According to the information on the third-party provider, the following applies to this product: "The displayed sales offer is supplied by a third-party provider from Germany. The purchase contract is concluded between you and the supplier." What does this mean? - Do I have the same warranty services via the local Digitec shop? - Do I now get a German keyboard instead of a CH keyboard and possibly German power cables? - etc. If the purchase contract is made with the German company, will Digitec only deliver or will you be responsible for the rest? Thanks for a quick answer, I actually wanted to order but then I read this hidden info by chance.
We will be happy to answer your questions. Please note that we are only the platform for such suppliers, similar to e.g. Riccardo or ebay.
- The warranty can be registered with us in the shop as usual, but the third-party dealer is responsible for processing and handling. The warranty period is also 2 years as usual with us.
- For dealers from DE, the keyboard will be DE and an EU power connection will be available. However, the supplier should include a fixed adapter, if this is forgotten, we can send you one from our warehouse.
- We will not deliver the item. The product will be shipped directly from the retailer. If you have any problems, you can contact our customer service and we will take care of communication with the retailer and any necessary clarifications. In the event of legal cases or similar problems, however, the third-party provider is liable.
