Can I pair the Nexo with a chest strap (like the Verge)? And can I use the LTE function with an existing SIM? I still have a SIM from Netzclub and Vodafone. How can I get the information from this SIM onto the watch? It is surely not possible to insert the SIM... Greetings Frank

sim card only works via e-sim which you can register from the app, unfortunately i didn't find out about the belt. why don't you ask digitec or the manufacturer?
