Hello, I can't manage to connect the gimbal to my Sony 7rii so that they communicate. Neither the record button nor anything else works. What am I doing wrong?

You have to turn everything off, then turn the gimbal on first and then turn the camera on, also make sure you are using the right cables in the right plugs 👍🏼
