Hi, I have 2x questions: - Is the part compatible with the HP Elitebook 840 G4? - What power supply interfaces does the station have? Can I charge it with the current HP power cable and the station then charges my notebook via USB-C? Thank you!

This does not work with your notebook. The USB-C port of your notebook is a USB port without additional functions.
Charging and video output are not supported.
