Question about GoPro HERO10 Black
I am in despair!!!! I received a GoPo 10 Black Edition as a gift. The first thing I did was to fully charge the battery and when I tried to use the camera, I only had Chinese characters on the screen. I now need to change the language, but don't know how and the camera won't reset to original. Can anyone help me?

Thank you very much for your answer. Yes, it is indeed so and actually absurd that the basic setting is shown with Chinese characters. Even though Chinese is the most spoken language in the world, the GoPro manufacturer cannot assume that every buyer of this product is trained to decipher these hieroglyphics. Finally, thanks to a Google movie, I managed to change the language.

It's difficult without a photo... but,... if you swipe your finger from top to bottom, you should see the icon gear that represents preferences. with Google translator try to find the language "German"... or do you mean when you start it, from the beginning only characters come up and nothing else as if the camera has already been reset to factory settings...?
