According to the technical data on Lenovo's site, the notebook in question is equipped with USB-C 3.1 Gen1 and Thunderbolt 3. Accordingly, it should be compatible.

I had also noticed this, but maybe Digitec or the manufacturer will comment. I just don't want to take any risk and then have to return it.
