The timer can be fully set and started, that fits. Not surprisingly, the stopwatch can also be started and stopped via the clock. The alarm clock can also be switched on via the clock, but only the alarm times preset on the app (with days of the week etc.) can be accessed.

As far as I can tell, the alarm / timer can also be set directly on the watch, so yes. But honestly, what sense does it make to use such a watch without a smartphone? ECG and blood saturation only work with a smartphone.
