The way it looks on the 3D rendering, the two parts are below the connections, I think they should fit. But I would leave the cover off, otherwise the fan is useless.

It would fit in principle, but does not fit the model 4.
I got a fan for the 4 and attached it to the removable lid with wood and hot glue.
