Unfortunately, I don't know the Galaxy Buds. They have an inner diameter of about 4.5 mm (when plugged in) and cover about 7 mm (length of the "axle for plugging in"). They are quite flexible - so if your Ear Buds have the same or a slightly larger diameter, they will pretty much fit.
