Thanks to the simple and stable Velcro fastening system, this belly carrier is easy for anyone to put on. Close the belly strap of the Marsupi, place the child in front of your belly, pull the fabric between the legs up, place one strap over each shoulder to the back, cross them on your back, and secure them in front of the child with Velcro – done! No knots, no buckles, no fuss, tested and approved by fathers and those who are not keen on wraps! Just like in a wrap, your baby lies directly against your body in the Marsupi – no annoying pouch or foldable back that pulls away from the body. The firmly attached headrest can be secured with snaps to the shoulder straps, providing all-around head support for your baby. This allows even newborns (and sleeping children) to be carried in the Marsupi. If the headrest is not needed, it can be folded outward to create a soft finish at the back of your baby's neck. The weight is distributed across a separate waist-hip belt and wide shoulder straps that cross at the back. Theoretically usable (and tested) for babies up to a maximum of 15 kg, but in practice, it is most comfortable for the first 9 months up to about 10 kg.
