Hi, I'm not quite sure what you mean exactly. But the package comes with an adapter that you can screw onto the cups (you can see it in the product picture on the far left). You can then either screw the breast pump directly onto the top or a drinking attachment from the baby bottle. I hope this helps you with your question :)

Unfortunately, there is no information on whether the adapter also fits the Medela breast pump.

Not sure if it is the same but can definitely be used for solid food too.
They are made of plastic. :)
Yes they have, up to max. 180ml
Only tried when melted - then they fit like cups on a breast pump.
