Product very good
I contacted Medela about the broken hose and they sent me a new set straight away.

Works, but not practical
It does the job, but could clearly be done better.
Every other time, the cap doesn't screw on properly without you noticing, which leads to leaks during use. You can't fill the bottle to more than 50 ml if you don't want to end up with milk everywhere coming out of the air inlet.
After 10 days of use, a small part that fits over the bottle has already cracked.

Already defective
I'm actually used to other things from Medela, but on the one hand you have to tighten the hose tightly (otherwise the milk runs out), but on the other hand the hose connector is too weak and has already broken. I would definitely have expected more. And it looks like I'm not the only one with this problem. And the thing has a really high price.
I can't claim under warranty, so I'll see if I can get my money back anyway.Contra

Certainly good quality, but very cumbersome to handle if used every time you breastfeed.
Poor quality
Galaxus refunded my money but that doesn't solve the problem of the broken hose.
I only saw the comments on galaxus and Amazon afterwards. To be avoided.
We now use it upright and not upside down with the tube dipped in it. Much easier and no leaks.
It's a shame this quality as it's one of the only DAL on the market.Pro
