For twins I would say no. The bottom seat, although comfortable, is not suitable for a toddler.

I think that for twins it is not the ideal solution, because they will not have the same seat and will be installed either in the bassinet or in the seat, so for two children of the same age I would not recommend it.I would not recommend it especially, I have used it with my 2 children of 20 months age difference and I think it is an appropriate product for children of different ages..
