Our older model (4.5 years old) does not have any holes to latch the holder. There is no clean solution for this case. The manufacturer has now advised me to cut off the small pins in the holder (which are clicked into the hole) and simply latch the holder without using the hole. This also works and is the less complicated solution for us than buying a new trolley.
