I got the Medela Freestyle Flex pumper in Galaxus a few months ago and a set of replacement tubes yesterday. The pumper has a triangular entry and the tubes a round plug, so tubes don’t fit in and doesn’t work. The tubes sold are not compatible with the pumper. How can I get the right ones?

Unfortunately, we only have the tubes for the current model. The older ones we can not order. The item would either have to be sent in under warranty or request the spare parts from the manufacturer.
