The Centro Studi Alessi was established in 1990 with a dual mission: to develop theoretical contributions on object-related themes and to coordinate the work I wanted to start with young designers. Susan Cohn is a renowned silversmith from Australia who designs small objects and limited edition jewelry. The production takes place directly in her small but efficient workshop in Melbourne. She was born in Sydney in 1952 and is also an active lecturer at international design schools.
