Developed and produced in Austria on one of the most modern production lines, the new BILTONTWO LED strips impress with their outstanding properties. They offer 40% energy savings with up to 30% more light compared to standard LED strips on the market. The lifetime is 60,000 hours with LM80 certification (80% luminosity after 60,000 operating hours). The colour rendering value is RA >85, ensuring high colour fidelity of the illuminated materials.

These strips feature very narrow binning according to MacAdams Step 3, meaning no colour differences between individual LED strips of different batches are visible to the human eye. They are mounted via 3M thermally conductive adhesive tape and are dimmable. The base material is a polyamide substrate film with a copper layer, providing integrated protection against electrostatic discharge for maximum safety during processing.

This linear LED strip light is on a flexible circuit board with 120 LEDs per meter and has a disconnection point every 25 mm. Available versions include rolls or made to measure in a 25 mm length grid (e.g., 600 mm, 625 mm, 650 mm, etc.). The strips have an IP00 rating with exposed LEDs and IP66 protection through Parylene coating, ensuring the best colour uniformity without loss of luminosity. LED strips up to a maximum of 3 meters may be formed.

Note: Suitable for all LED power supply units with the same marking. To avoid overheating, this LED strip must always be installed with an aluminium profile.
