Can the bulbs be replaced if necessary, or are the standard GU 10 HUE White & Color Ambiance bulbs installed? I could imagine that for the sports, but what about the light panel?

You've already got it right. Replace the GU 10 bulbs. The LEDs in the lamp itself cannot be replaced. But the lamp also has a burning time of 15,000 hours.
After that, you'll want a new lamp anyway :D
