Hi, I ordered this bed frame over a month ago and received the wrong product. Your customer service have been great but my requests have been forwarded to the Post team and I still do not have an answer or my bed... Now I am seeing a 4-6 week wait on this... Could you have someone contact me to sort this issue out please. I am tired of writing emails and calling.
