Unfortunately, I can't say exactly, but I wouldn't put too much emphasis on it. In my experience, the language setting is mainly limited to the mobile app with which you can configure the "clock".

As already mentioned elsewhere, you can set up the units km/miles, Celsius/Fahrenheit, date format, etc. with it. However, the display on the clock itself is often supported with symbols. And the day of the week, for example, is still displayed in English for me - despite the general German setup: "26/12 Wed"
