Good evening, I am writing in the hope that it can be solved without having to make a return. I explain the problem: the litter box works perfectly except for the "empty letter" function. When I click on the button, the first page pops up advising me to install the litter remover on the sieve and gets stuck on the icon. To empty it, I am forced to repeatedly clean the litter box (with the 'clean now' function) as the 'empty litter box' function is not activated. I look forward to your reply, thank you for your help.
