How's it possible that it fits or allowed under the seat? Swiss Airline allows up to 55x40X23 cm! https://www.swiss.com/ch/en/prepare/special-care/animals-travelling

It’s bigger than the underseat space but it can fit perfectly fine because it is pretty flexible. I had no problem squeezing under Swiss seats!
