Made of polyethylene (PE), the material LD-PE is made of recycled PE. HD-PE and LD-PE are completely groundwater-neutral in landfills, and no harmful exhaust gases are released during incineration. HD-PE is manufactured using a low-pressure process, making it tough and elastic, thus highly puncture-resistant. LD-PE is manufactured using a high-pressure process, making it very resilient and soft, which results in hardly any tearing when punctured.
