These Berkel steel knives are corrosion-resistant and do not rub against the ceramic, properties that are necessary for everyday use and ensure a long service life.

• 1.4034 AISI 420 is the most commonly used martensitic steel grade for cutlery as it has good corrosion resistance and is easy to sharpen.
