This 5mm thick aluminum layer ensures even heat distribution over the entire base for optimal cooking, even on a low flame. The cookware features welded stainless steel handles and a Demeyere-patented Silvinox surface sealing. It is suitable for all types of cookers, specially designed for induction cookers, and is dishwasher safe.
