6-piece set of butcher knives featuring the most common knives for meat processing: boning knife (13 cm), two paring knives (15 cm, 18 cm), sorting knife (18 cm), and two cleavers (blade lengths 18 cm, 23 cm).

The blade is made from the alloy X 55 Cr Mo V14. Each individual component serves a specific purpose: chromium (wear resistance), molybdenum (corrosion resistance), and carbon (strength).

The handle, made of non-slip plastic (PA polyamide), fits comfortably in the hand, allows for fatigue-free work, and meets hygiene standards thanks to the complete fusion of the plastic.

With a hardness of 56° Rockwell (HRC), this is the perfect compromise between long-lasting sharpness and easy re-sharpening. Those who use their knives frequently will be very satisfied with this balance.
