Product details

The Natur knife block set includes five kitchen knives with different functions: a chef's knife (20 cm), a bread knife (20 cm), a kitchen knife (20 cm), a paring knife (12.5 cm), and a vegetable knife (8.5 cm). The knife set also comes with an oak wood block for storing the knives. The knives, with a hardness of 53 to 54 HRC on the Rockwell scale, offer precise and sharp cutting over an extended period. The stainless steel used, with the addition of molybdenum and vanadium, reduces brittleness and increases wear resistance. The knives feature an oak wood handle.
