The aroma roaster is made of robust carbon steel in a heavy-duty design. The non-stick coating is durable. Roasting, braising, and steaming on the stovetop or in the oven are possible. The wire insert can be used for frying and steaming. The optimized heat distribution is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. The roaster is oven-safe up to 240°C.
