The housing of the cutting chamber is made of cast aluminum, while the lower part of the housing is made of stainless steel. It features a user-friendly push lever and an air-cooled, powerful motor (750 W = 1 HP). The low voltage control buttons include STOP and START (24 V). There are two fuses: automatic shutdown occurs when the pressure lever is raised and when the upper cover of the cutting chamber is lifted. The machine automatically switches on when the pressure lever is lowered. Cutting discs can be easily and quickly replaced, with five discs included in the standard equipment: a vegetable disc with 2 mm (3 knives), a vegetable disc with 4 mm (3 knives), a vegetable rasp with 3 mm, a vegetable rasp with 5 mm, and a vegetable rasp with 7 mm.
