Stainless steel and black ABS plastic. V-shape insert as the main knife and a serrated secondary knife. Easy adjustment of the cutting thickness for both knives. Retractable non-slip feet. Includes two additional knives for julienne or French fries, 6 mm and 9 mm. Storage box for safe keeping of the knives. Polypropylene blade holder with metal pins for safe cutting.
