A blade made of 67-layer Japanese Damascus steel with a core layer of AUS-10V steel not only ensures durability but also provides a unique appearance. A Rockwell hardness of 60 HRC guarantees excellent edge retention. The ergonomic chestnut-shaped handle (Japanese: Kurigata) is crafted from beautifully grained olive wood, red G10 spacers, and a matte brushed stainless steel end cap, making it very comfortable to hold. This premium chef's knife is delivered in an elegant black gift box.
