King Hoff set of two mills for salt and pepper, KH-1618. Gravity mill with adjustable grinding strength and durable, efficient ceramic grinding mechanism. The mill does not have a button for grinding peppercorns or salt crystals; simply turn the mill upside down 180 degrees from its normal position, and the grinding mechanism starts automatically. Use the knob on the mill bowl to adjust the degree. Turning the knob counterclockwise increases the thickness of the ground peppercorns or salt crystals. To decrease their thickness, turn the knob in the opposite direction.
