Wood handles made from four different types of wood: office knife in violet wood, kitchen knife in oak, santoku knife in wenge, and bread knife in olive wood. Blade made of full stainless steel, high-quality stainless steel X47Cr13. Blade lengths: office 10 cm, kitchen 15 cm, santoku 16 cm, bread 20 cm. Shaving blade cutter. Stainless steel thickness: bread, santoku, and kitchen 2.0 mm, office 1.5 mm. Knife block in natural oiled beech with brushed stainless steel front and colored laser marking of the Jean Dubost logo and the uses of the different knives. 100% made in France. Care instructions: hand wash only.
