Product details

The blades of the 5000FCD series captivate not only with their striking damask pattern, derived from 49 layers of steel, but also with their hardness of 61 HRC. Both sides feature the typical Honbazuke sharpening for Miyabi knife blades, impressing with a razor-like sharpness. The black, elegantly shaped Pakka Wood handles, with a steel end cap, have red decorative rings at the bottom that particularly highlight the exotic appearance of the knives in this series. The blade and handle of each knife are perfectly balanced, making any cutting tasks effortless for the user. Hand washing is recommended.
