Also perfect for seasoned and marinated food, as vacuum-sealing creates a more intensive aroma. Cooking under vacuum (sous vide) enables gentle cooking in its own juice, preventing drying out and loss of nutrients during preparation.

Features an extra wide durable weld seam for safe storage and an electronic sensor touch control panel. The electronically controlled vacuum has 4 stages, making it suitable for delicate food. Suction power is 24 litres per minute with approximately 90% vacuum at -0.8 bar. It can be used with commercially available structured plastic wrap rolls and structured plastic bags (maximum 30 cm wide, length as required).

Includes 10 professional airtight bags (5 pieces at 22 cm x 30 cm and 5 pieces at 28 cm x 40 cm) along with a foil roll (20 x 200 cm), also available as accessories, featuring a diagonally corrugated structure for optimum sealing results. The space-saving foil reel has an integrated cutting knife for cutting the foil to size.
