Unfortunately, prices change, and offers too. Maybe you where you refresh the page when it was finished. Or it was a special offer for a quantity of product and all was sold. Actually the Community is for enquiries about ownership and use of the products. For all other questions, please contact customer service. https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/en-us/requests/new

No, the plug is European, BUT a mini adapter is supplied with the device. This does not change anything in its use. And the plug will be only slightly longer. The mini adapter in question: Max Hauri Fixed adapter 2-pole contour plug (Type 11, CEE 7/17)

Hello Unfortunately, we have never made hummus with the appliance, but I am pretty sure that it can if the quantity is large enough (too small quantities do not work). If you sent us an interesting recipe, e.g. lentils with kale, we would test it with the appliance and let you know the result.

Also works without the attachment. I regularly make nut butter with the standard knife without any problems. The other attachment might be better for small quantities (200-300g works quite well, I've never tried less). You can order the attachment directly from Bosch as a spare part, but there are certainly cheaper suppliers.

The blender is very high quality and sturdy, I assume the blender blades can handle it.
