The laser distance sensor of this product complies with the standards for Class I laser products in IEC 60825-1:2014 and does not produce hazardous laser radiation. Class 1 lasers are safe to use in normal operation without instruction. No further measures are necessary.
The following website was created precisely for this purpose: https://www.onlineshop-preise.ch/product/484758 There you will find the price history of the Digitec/Galaxus range.
Hello. No, I got too attached to it ;-)

App installed, connected to WLAN?
Good evening, unfortunately I cannot answer your question as I am no longer in possession of the packaging. But I am very satisfied with the product. Have a good evening
The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly (galaxus@galaxus.ch). Your request can then be examined individually.
Sur Galaxus ;-)
Yes, just press the middle button.
The wiper module is very easy to install / remove, so it should not interfere.
Yes, just last week there was a firmware update for the S5. Now rooms are automatically recognised and only individual rooms can be wiped. You can also divide the rooms yourself and choose when starting whether the rooms should be wiped once, twice or three times. In addition to no-go zones, you can now also create invisible walls in the app and the device can remember several maps between which you can switch (great if you have several floors in the house).
In general, the S6 brushes also fit on the S5, but error messages can occur. This is probably because the motor of the S5 is somewhat weak for the 5 arms of the S6 brushes, especially on carpets. Only one card can be stored, i.e. cleaning a bullet "manually" without a card.
You can use it without a mop! Sealed floors are no problem - the mop gets damp but not wet,
Just asked by phone: Galaxus only offers the 24-month warranty ("guarantee") on the product. Other dealers (e.g. Brack, myrobotcenter, ...) still offer the 5 years.
Unfortunately, we do not have any further details yet, but as soon as we know more, we will be happy to provide them here.
Yes, but without Wi-Fi you cannot use many useful functions such as floor plan creation or mapping, setting suction strength, remote start/stop, marking parts of the house as no-go zones, etc.
It depends on the fringes, small short fringes rather not, rasta fringes yes.... Roborock likes to eat fringes, cables, cat toys like almost all hoovers in this class... I have set up a no-go zone in the app, so Roborock avoids the carpet.
Doesn't it say... "Return and guarantee: 30 days return policy Is the product damaged, incomplete or without original packaging? Then unfortunately we cannot take it back. Defective on receipt (DOA): 14 days bring-in Guarantee: 5 years Bring-In"
You can contact the customer service, if you ask nicely, you might get the difference refunded (can't guarantee anything, but it's been said that it worked) ;-)
You have to order it quickly then... or wait for the Christmas specials :) that's what I would do
Regarding 1. a brief internet search seems to confirm that it is the same product. Regarding 2: The map is saved (but must be set in this way in the app) and limits and no-go zones can then be defined. In addition, targeted cleaning is then also possible.
I hardly think so. It can also absorb the soil when damp. Unless the puddle is more than 1 cm deep.
Yes, there are replacement batteries (see here on digitec), but I can't tell you how difficult it is to replace them, but it should be possible if you know how to use a screwdriver - soldering or something like that is not necessary, the battery is plugged in via a connector. I can only recommend the Robotor in general, I am very satisfied with it. Exception: You have (many) pets, then the brush can be a bit annoying, but generally without pets or with a cat/dog you should have a lot of fun with it.
