Is this box also 120% leak-proof for transporting food with sauces, e.g. spaghetti, Riz Casimir etc.? For reasons of space, the box must also be able to be transported sideways. Several buyers write that the seal would not hold, in which case the box would be absolutely unusable, except only for dry goods....

In fact, I would generally not use this box for liquids, it is also more of a bread or sandwich box. And for the latter, the product is top!

I received the product a few days ago and I am not at all clear. On the product images, it is noted that the removable insert/shell is made of silicone. The product packaging states that the removable insert is made of polypropylene. I ordered this item with the intention that my 3 year old daughter's snack would not come into contact with plastic. Is it silicone or plastic? Knowing that the product cannot be returned if the packaging is opened....

The insert was made of silicone for a time but was soon replaced by a plastic box. The silicone absorbed odours and turned yellow over time. The lid does not work well if you remove the plastic part, but you can switch to the Food Jar which is made of stainless steel. Only the lid is made of plastic.
