    the real tarte tatin

    finally melting tatins, perfect caramel, not burnt...

    The crucible = real good cooking

    I already have the 28 cm pan, I also ordered this one for smaller quantities. I use it for everything, tatins, pies, gratins, röstis, slices and the list is long. It's very versatile and indispensable. It's very pretty, which means you can serve in it and leave the dishes in the cupboard, so less washing up.

    Wonderful!

    I use it for sweet or savoury tatins, gratins or rösti. It is so pretty that you can put it on the table and keep your dish warm.
