The spacious double electric fryer from Royal Catering is equipped with two 16-l containers. You can fill each with up to 13 l of oil for frying. This allows you to fry a total of up to 5 kg of fries at the same time. Thanks to the high power of the two removable 3,000 W heating elements, the oil in the fryer quickly reaches the maximum temperature of 200 °C. Once a temperature of approximately 180 °C is reached, large quantities of fries can be produced in just 4 to 5 minutes. For optimal frying results, the thermostat maintains the heat of the oil basin at a constant temperature. The frying baskets of the electric fryer measure 250 x 250 x 120 mm and are equipped with heat-insulating handles. The fine-mesh baskets can be hung on a holder at the edge of the basin to allow the oil to drain. The double fryer made of stainless steel is very suitable for food processing due to its hygienic properties. Additionally, the smooth surfaces are particularly easy to clean. Another advantage for cleaning is the removable heating elements, which allow easy access to all surfaces in the container. The oil can be drained conveniently and quickly using the drainage taps.
