Do you brew your own beer? With the immersion wort chiller RCBM-42NCS from Royal Catering, you can effectively cool the mash during the brewing process to preserve valuable aromas and flavors. No ambitious hobby brewer's inventory should be without this stainless steel wort cooler. The fresh, hot mash must be cooled as quickly as possible to produce a high-quality and drinkable beer. Skipping the wort cooling process can lead to the formation of microorganisms, resulting in a bad taste or even spoilage due to contamination.

Thanks to the two included silicone hoses, you can connect the 16 cm brewing wort chiller with its 16 high-quality, resilient stainless steel coils to a water circulation system, which further accelerates the cooling effect. As soon as you pump cold water through the coils, with an inner diameter of 7 mm, the immersion cooler removes heat from the mash. You can chill 60 liters of hot mash by 25 to 30 degrees in just 30 minutes, depending on the room temperature.

In addition to its longevity, hygienic stainless steel is food-safe and does not impart any taste to the mash. Both ends of the hollow stainless steel coil are bent into hooks, allowing for effortless and secure hanging on the rim of the mash kettle.
