To preheat the manual oil press (approximately 7 minutes) and keep it warm during operation (about 50 - 70 °C), use the included fuel bottle. Fill the bottle 80% with a liquid fuel and use a 15 cm long wick. Insert the wick through the lid hole, allowing about 5 mm to protrude from the lid while the rest remains inside the bottle. Once the manual oil mill has reached the required temperature, gradually fill your pressing material into the 105 mm funnel and extract the oil using the ergonomic crank, which you can catch in the included bottle. An uncomplicated fixation to the table not only ensures stability during the pressing process but also saves space in your kitchen. Made from stainless steel, this manual oil mill also meets gastronomic standards.
